Every parcel is shipped Next Working days ( Monday to Friday )
All of our parcels are packed carefully and precisely but as all you know anything can happened, so contact us as soon as you discover your shipment is damaged or incomplete.
If your parcel is incomplete, damaged or items are not as you ordered please contact our customer service immediately.
Please be advise, if the parcel will be returned to us via other courier or Royal Mail, being not delivered after calling card left, the customer will be responsible to pay for the shipping.
Refund will exclude the shipping cost.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or you changed your mind
and you want to return your items just contact us within 14 days from delivery date with your order number and full name.
After we receive your return we will issue refund.

We can't accept return of the items that have been opened , used , not clean , damaged or had they labels removed.
Please be aware that we will not be able to refund postage costs unless you have received faulty, incomplete or incorrect order.
